Loading of cards may be done in any currency, there will be a direct conversion into USD. Cardholders will then withdraw in whichever currency the ATM machine dispenses.

Cards are issued by a U.S. bank. Cards have insurance which is FDIC (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation) in the USA.

You move money into your account from a Canadian bank (EFT stands for Electronic Funds Transfer, a Canadian method for moving funds electronically) directly to your DWG Card.

To transfer money into your DWG Card from your bank account first login to your bank's online website. Using your DWG Card number (19 digits) as the payee account number. You will then be able to pay money from your bank into your DWG Card directly the same way that you make any other payment.

This might sound a little confusing because you aren't actually paying a bill. Just think of it as paying yourself. That has a nice ring to it, doesn't it?

Of course, you don't have to pay yourself. You can also use this as a way to send money to any other cardholder, such as a kid who is away at college, family back in the home country, or whoever. Since you don't need the cardholder's password to put money into his or her account, this method of sending money does not jeopardize the recipient's account security.

This type of funds transfer typically does not occur instantaneously, but money is usually in the recipient's account no more than 24 hours after you initiate the transfer and often sooner.

- ACH - (Available within USA only)

You move money into your DWG Card from a U.S. bank (ACH stands for Automated Clearing House, a U.S. method for moving funds electronically) directly to your DWG Card.

Please login to your DWG Card account interface "Cardholder Login" enter your DWG Card number and your password, then click on "Deposit Funds", "My US Bank Account (ACH)" (on the left side of the screen) and fill the form.

This ACH Service automatically sends your transfer request to your bank. DWG Card does not have control over when your bank selects to process your request. When the bank processes your request and verifies that the funds are in fact sufficient, DWG Card receives notice and is able to load your funds.

This process takes between 2 and 4 days.

Please note: When you've initiated an ACH Transfer it will appear in your DWG Card interface as Pending. When it is complete, it will appear as complete and your funds will be available.

- SWIFT PAY - CASH - WESTERN UNION -

Available within USA.

You would like to load your DWG Card by Cash

Please visit a Western Union agent or call at 1-800-238-5772 to initiate the transaction by completing a "gray SwiftPay form", and pay the Agent by cash to cover the transfer plus applicable fees. The Agent will immediately process the transaction.

Not all Western Union Agent locations can process SwiftPay payments. The location must have a computer terminal.

Please ask the Agent to enter the 19-digit number of your DWG Card into the system as the SwiftPay account number.

If the Agent has problems processing a SwiftPay payment, please have them contact Western Union Agent support by calling 1-800-238-5772.

You will receive a printed receipt from the Agent with a MTCN tracking number, please keep this receipt for your records in case you need to contact Western Union.

- CARD-TO-CARD TRANSFER -

You might have more than one card, perhaps one that you got as a gift and another that an employer gave you as a means to pay you, or for any other reason. You might want to move money from one card to another.
